Well... i can understand if there is a fear to hit the road an drift; maybe you think you will flip, or maybe your worried you will wreck somewhere.

Either way, the technique used on the dirt is not quite the same as on the roads... looks like fun... maybe for a rally-built Z, but your perceftly fine on the road.... so you wear out some tires.... thats what its all about.

I was having a blast myself on Friday. Wish I would have gotten it on camera. It was raining slightly, and I went to a school parking lot (Late at night). Couple of my buddies there and I started drifting around in figure 8's for a few laps on my 20's *****es. LOL

i prefer drifting on dry pavement. you dont need wet pavement to drift with the Z, unless you dont have LSD.
