Not all D1 drivers use Bee*R but virtually all D1 cars use standalone engine management which usually uses the same method of ignition cut rev limiters. They also have engines that are much more aggresively tuned than a stock engine though.

Everyone has already said what needs to be said otherwise.

Seeing as how you have the part already I can see where you're coming from.

all right so this is how it goes, Red- power Black- ground Yellow- crank signal Green- ignition signal White- clutch switch/ hand brake switch depending if you want it for drift or wide open throttle. for the ignition signal u need a greddy ignition signal adapter, on the z it doesnt have a single point at the ecm to connect to the ign sig instead ther is 6 so the adapter takes it 6-1. have not fired it up because im doing a complete suspension build.

(correction i installed the power wire, ground wire, and the RPM wire. but still kind of confused)

Yellow- crank signal which is the CKPS POS on the image below?



And the ignition signal wire, only 1 comes out of the Bee*R unit which is green. But there are 6 Ignition signal wires, one for each cylinder. I see that you got the Greddy ignition signal adapter, but that even still has 6 yellow wires and one black? so where does the one ignition signal wire go from the Bee*R unit? thanks a lot if you can help or anyone else can.

Sorry i took so long to get back, been away from my350z that is the adapter and as far as i know it splices into the 6 ignition wires. i actually turned my z back to stock and bought a 240sx race chassis so i never finished installing everything. It was just too much of a pain. I dont know enough about automotive electrical so i hope maybe someone sees this and can answer youre question. good luck.

Thanks Its all good man its just you were the only one on here that has had experience with it so far that i know of. Okay yeah I'm not so much either but I'm gonna try to get through this one, but a shop down here is going to see what they can do they were a little stumped also, good luck with the 240.

Because all the Pics of the ECU pinout are different....

I Need to find the 6 Ing and the rpm on my One :-(

I am not trying to fry my ecu but splice the six ing wires to one. Maybe a fuse idk does not seem difficult but one fell in my lap. These are old someone’s has to have installed on a Z or G. Any help much appreciated!! Be safe out there!!

Interestingly, still available so how bad could it be? <Laff>

And everyone, including the reseller, Nengun, refuses to own its installation. (Although I do see it's sold by a number of resellers. Might want to consult with them too.)

Would suggest you check around with tuners local to you about it.
