Default Announcing our US drift car

Its not a nissan but hey you work with what you got.
Here's some video of the driver. You'll need quicktime to watch.

Ross Petty signed on to drive for Rotary Power and Grip Video

Los Angeles California –Rotary Power, and Grip Video has signed on Hawaii pro drifter Ross Petty to drive their 450+ horsepower Mazda RX-7 FD3S in this year’s Formula D series and other drift events.

Ross began his drift training at 16 years of age with the infamous drift team Murder in Okinawa, and has been competing in Hawaii for the past three years, winning 4 Drift Session events in 2002, and was crowned champion of both the Signal Auto Drift Challenge and Hawaii Drift Showoff 2003.

“Ross’s high level of skill and character is a welcome addition.” Said David Tang of Grip Video. “We are ecstatic to have Ross on board for the 2004 season, and are proud to have him as a representative of our team.”

Breeding talented drivers in their Drift Session events for the past four years, the addition of Ross Petty into national competition will enable Hawaii to finally see how their drivers match up to the rest of the country, and should provide an interesting and exciting aspect for 2004.

Sick! Glad to see some FD's in the series, they are insane drift cars... super power, super speed. Good job Ross!

P.S. Who is this? One of the GRIP guys?
