Is that the 3.5 final drive? also how many miles on the diff?

The final drive I do not know. Its whatever came in the 03. I bought the diff/housing for a backup for another one that I had, but I went with a quick change rear end so I no longer need this. I was told there were 78k miles on the diff when I bought it.

Yes it is 150 shipped to you. I have one other guy saying he is sending money tonight. Like I told him, I have been burned before with holding stuff for people and then them not paying. First one who pays gets the diff.
