I know this comes in different models for base open diff or VLSD ... do you know what the difference is?
I already have my stub axles modified to accept the c-clips because I used to have an OS Giken LSD and was wondering if this would work with my modified stub axles.

Based on an older Thread regarding Tomei’s diff. Z1 stated the following: “none of the 2 way diffs are drop ins for a base model, all will require additional parts”
I’m assuming it should work as you already took the measures needed to fit a aftermarket diff in a base model housing.
