Question Transponder location?

I'm wondering for those who go on the 407, where did you stick your transponder? I'm having a hard time to find a nice place to put it on the windsheild, since it has those shade things (yes, i use very technical words ) are right behind the rear view mirror, so i don't want to stick anything there.

thanks!

I jsut keep mine in the handy storage bin adn hold it against the windshield as I pass under the 407 camerathings...I too am very technical.

I can't stand the site of the transponder stuck to the window so I just didn't attach it - never had an issue.

I put my transponder near the top of the windshield next to the rear view mirror

but it's a lot easier now ever since 407 released the smaller

Hey J,

If you leave your transponder in your cubby it will still pick a signal when you pass through Camera Readers. Another suggestion would be to leave it in your storage bin that's in between the seats. Once your getting ready to enter and exit just leave on top off the centre console and it will receive a signal.

i've tried before leaving in the place where the navi is, but alot of the times it doesn't pick up. I do the ghetto method of holding it on the windshield.
