The final price I paid was $409 CAD (before tax) which is about $340 US. But in Canada you have to pay extra high shipping and duties from the states so this works out to be a pretty good deal.

grant at downtown nissan sells them for $460 + 15% off, which works out to $391 before tax...or $450 after tax. No extra shipping/duties to pay for either...which dealership did you go to?
