Ask for Steve Gogas (quality person in sales).

We have purchased two Pathfinders and my Z through him. Service department is competent however, I suppose this depends on what exactly you need.

haha, i was just about to update my post...Downtown Nissan is closing...I just dropped by today to try and get a oil change...sucks..now i'll have to find another place to get it done..it was pretty convient too!

Was thinking of taking my Z to St.Clair Nissan for some maintenance (oil, tranny, diff (they will let me bring my own oils).
Would like some feed back (personal experiences) when dealing with the service dept, ie: professionalism, expertise, care taken when your Z was entrusted to them.
(just want to avoid any potential "dealer nightmares").
