Hi fellow Z drivers, I hope everyone is either enjoying watching his/her Z hibernating in the garage during the winter months or having fun doing some snow drifting.
I would like everyone's input on different places for the up coming GTA Z meet. From the list, we can pick 2 to 3 for 2007.
Here are some criteria for the location:
- Must be close to major highways so everyone across the GTA can easily get there and not get lost.
- Parking lot big enough to hold 15-20 cars together on Saturdays.
(I find that there are more people show up on Sat. than on Sun.)
- No big speed bumps or steep roads so everyone's modified Z's can make it without any scrapes.
- Prefer to be at a major intersection so the meet will get noticed by other non Z drivers.
Let's start building a list.

We should try to get a day cruise going..... Pick a destination....... Bar, Restaurant, maybe someone's cottage (if we are lucky) Then find a nice winding road to get there.
I've driven my Z, and ridden my bike of the 507 near Gooderham. Its 38km of winding/tight turns. That was a real nice ride.
Here is a link of some roads/drives in ontario

It will be difficult to find parking at Yorkdale mall near the theatre on a saturday afternoon.
A cruise day would be a great idea. Track day would even be better.
For both cruise day or track day, it will still be necessary to have a meet up place as a starting point. Once we have several good locations, then we can decide if we want to do a car meet, Cruise day starting location, or Track day starting location to head off to the track.
Let's get some locations and include the city as well so people will have some idea where it is.
