why wouldn't I run and tell them, I've trusted with many of my cars for the past 6 years they won't lie to them. You were just probally worried they the real truth would come about.

so until you post the entire story to all of us, don't bad mouth that shop, you have to right unless you tell the whole thing.

Sammy probably knows more of whats going on than you realize. No need to diss him, he was giving his opinion and experiences with a shop. Which is what the OP wanted.

His opinion without the real facts is not something to go out and advertise, plus he pretty much said my car will fall apart thats not cool! Look I know the whole story, trust me if you did you would feel the same.

Fact is you don't know the whole story...
Just the KHF spoon fed edition... what do you expect them to tell you.
They want to keep you happy after all the $$ you've dropped in their lap.

Fact is SammyJL is a well respected member of the VQ community.
Many of us know first hand some of the things that happened.

The whole point here is not to start mud slinging.... but just a cautionary flag.
If you do the research & are happy with what you're getting into..... hey go for it.
You obviously have a ride that you're very proud of & that's great.
It's just that it hasn't been the same for everyone.

mud slinging your boy said that nothing good comes out of KHF (does that count as mud sliging) without telling people the story, why or why not like I already stated, and I like I stated I have a long history with them long before the 350z I trust their story (ie, the untold gaps in Sammy's). They agreed with what he stated about the dyno but thats not KHF thats a machine, Sammy stated his opinion and I found it false, let him prove his point.

Ur boy states that my car won't last? and forcasted future problems? all this to someone he have never meet, ie) not respecting my knowledge of the car or me! and you call him a respected member of the VQ community with statments like that is there to respect.

Thanks for the support guys.

This kid just doesn't get it. No matter what you tell him he won't believe you. He's obviously in "real deep" with Alan. As I said before this was not meant to be an online battle but rather a warning for others of my experience with KHF. You are right, I don't know you, but the fact is, I wasn't even talking to you. I was just answering the OP's question based on my experience.

I really didn't want to do this because I don't have to justify my feelings to any punk kid on this board, but since this kid just wont shutup, here goes.

You want proof? I'm not going to get into details because it would mean writing a book and I have better things to do. Just ask Alan how many times my car has been flatbedded to his shop due to their incompetence. This should be good. Let's see them deny that one. I have tow truck receipts to prove it. Now will you ?

You sound just as arrogant as Alan. I once watched him absolutely humiliate a customer that walked in and asked for a brand of product that Alan didn't carry. The guy just turned around and walked out the door with his tail between his legs. Some professionalism there Eh?

I also watched them joke around about how they just raped some younger kid on an install just because he was rich and had lots of money. It was probably you clem. Judging from your remarks here in this post, I'm assuming your age is in your user name.

Also, I never said the dyno and tuning were KHF's fault, but they sent my car to these places so that makes them responsible for the outcome. Don't even get me started about the body shop they sent my car to after my accident at Mosport. I should have never allowed them to try, and I repeat "TRY" and fix my car.

If you want to talk about having respect, perhaps you should learn how to spell. I can't even understand half of your posts. At one point there it sounded like you wanted to give me a hug ("I'll save you the embracement"). How the heck can you get respect if nobody can understand you.

I also never said that your car won't last, just that with my experience with KHF that you would more than likely have problems down the road. Why don't you just wait and see rather than shooting your mouth off here until you can prove otherwise, not that we would ever find out.

Sorry for the rant everybody else, but this kid is just pissing me off. I'm sure he'll have something really mature to say about all of this.

You speak of incompetence, is that a good word to describe someone driving their car on a race track with their daughter in the car, in the rain, without traction control, and then crashing it?

Anything further u want to talk to me about gramps we can do it in person.

Hey assh0le, what the hell does that have to do with KHF and their workmanship. Did you think that you were going to shock me with that. Everybody that is friends with me already knows what happened. I guess you really got me.

If you really want to get into this you dipstick, you bumbuddy Alan had a professional driver there that day and personaly gave his ok to go back onto the track after the rain stopped and dried up somewhat. It's a track and **** happens. My daughter who was 16 at the time thought it was great so again STFU and go crawl back into whatever hole you crawled out of.

Stick to the topic if you can.

It's ok Colin, he has appologized to a couple of us already. It's amazing how these things can get out of hand so quickly on an online forum.

Everything is good in VQ land again.

I was telling him about what happened today when I went to an audio shop to have them take a look at fixing the terrible job the KHF did and they just couldn't believe their eyes. They couldn't believe that a shop would let an install like that out of the door. They are trying to talk me into redoing the whole trunk again rather than trying to fix their mistakes. We'll see what I do. I just can't justify spending more money on an install that should have been done right the first time. I guess I'll just have to live with it.

Anyway, let's all have a great summer.

I must say this thread got pretty exciting. I'm glad to see that it has all been worked out. So, beyond what has been said are there any other shops that can be recommended?

For rims and tires..go to www.tires23.com and look for Martin.
for body work, engine and repair, i usually go to CarWingsAuto at Greenlane and Bayview..They did excellent job, and not to mention they got a very good bodyshop as well.
