BTW, popcharger is street legal I think..so save some money and go with popcharger!

as always, you're just a lil' TOO SLOW mr. 2 hour to re-attach a front bumper hahaha!

but yeah, i'm only slightly concerned for my z now ... i drive in RH all the time and never get harassed by cops, so even though the OP in the subaru site claims he did nothing, i'd still bet he or his friends were heat bags and did SOMETHING to cause attention to themselves prior to getting pulled over.

WTF! I was just reading on the tsc thread, it happened at Valleymede and Hwy 7! I'm there right now.. in Tim hortons *looks outside window in paranoia*, whew.. car's still there.

I wonder if the cops are just towing for any evidence of mods? I heard about a 240sx guy losing his car after the cops told him to open the hood to find a bunch of illegal modifications.

The only givaway i have right now is lowered and clear reflectors. Yay for stock engine bay...

sweet, now i can put the car back into winter hibernation. im sure my car wont last long on the streets...............

on a side note, this probably wont last very long, as in the towing. Probably just trying to calm the media down for spring time and telling people they did a successful job cracking down countless potential street racing incidents.

^I was speaking with a close friend, whos a cop in Toronto. He explained to me that the PoPo are targeting by age of the driver and style of car.
He was sure that modded Z's (not heavily) would not be at risk of getting pulled over, as the avg age of ownership is in the late 30's to Mid '40's..

And he also reassured me that this is just going to be like any other year, and that the craziness will come to an end shortly before summer.

So those suby, mitsu, honda and DSM guys better watch out! 'cus they are blitzing...

What exhaust do you have noodleman? Well thanks Church for the info...As I always think the Z is for mature drivers only...not like RSX and Civicsss...too bad for those Honda fans!!

it's in my sig Blitz Nur Spec Touring I'm still getting use to the new "sound system" haha.

Riggz, hopefully they just don't look for modded Z's in general. I think most of us here are between mid 20s to mid 30s.

Church, very true statment.
In my younger years when I had an intergra that was super low with a lound exhaust I was pulled over on a common bases. With the Z I haven't been pulled over.

Whitenismo, the nismo lexhaust looks stock and is not much lounder than stock, just like my APS which is why I feel these 2 exhausts are the best for sound and stealthness.

In st.catharines they created a "TASK FORCE" to crack down on street racing ever since some teen killed someone racing! I think its a good thing the young kids these days have no respect for the road. I've seen kids street racing in down town, its getting dangerous!! The cops just need to focus on them.

They have build tracks for racing and thats were it belongs.

I totally agree...some kids drive like an idiot sometimes, they dont even consider what they are driving...a lot of them are having their over 10 yrs old civic and look for street racing everytime they are on the road...a lot of them were trying to make me race with them...usually I will ignore them...

good job whitenizmo. I ignore 90% of all people who try to "race" me. Sometimes i'm just not in a good mood and don't have the patience to ignore these punks.
