Hey guys,
just thought I would mention that I am currently getting my real estate license and that my father in law has his own brokerage. We get many first pick opportunities on condo projects as he knows several builders.
Are you considering owning instead of renting? I would recommend it as you would be putting your money towards an investment. Yonge, between Sheppard and Finch is a great area to live in, and invest in. Great roads, access through side streets, close to the highway, and lots of good food!
If you (or any of you
) want some more info please let me know! I can update you on upcoming condo projects that I have hook ups with.
