Default Do all Base models not come with LSD?

Hey guys, i own a US base 350Z coupe and iv read that they dont come with LSD. since iv own this car i have instantly noticed that the rear end does lock up, i can feel it when it engages and disengage, especially on a hard turn threw out town. iv spent most of my time dirving with a RWD veh and i know what the differences are. could someone please tell me what they know, and is this the same situ for all Canadian base coupe's.

i might have to cure my itch by simple pullin the diff pan..

someone may have just installed a Nismo clutch LSD in that car. Are you saying you are the original owner?

There really wasn't a base coupe for Canada. All Canadian Zs will have a LSD but the base US did not have an LSD. Why did you get a US car?

Well congrats on the new vehicle. Was it a good price compared to other US base cars or compared to the 2006 Canadian Models that are equivalent to a Touring in the US model? Anyways have a blast with the new car.

06 Base Z's do not have LSD. IF the rear is locking up, then it sounds like the previous owner might have installed one before getting rid of the car.
