hey Mike.. not sure if you drive the $hit out of your car or not... but don't you have the StopTech Stage II brake kit for the stock brakes? if you do.. do you like em and do they stop you when you need to? how's brake fade with it? or if anyone else can chime in it would be much appreciated

I don't drive my car very hard at all. I do have the stage 2 kit though with HAWK HPS pads.
The one time I decided to drive it hard, my brakes were smoking like SOB's. I didn't notice any fade really, but man they were hot hot hot hot.

hmmm interesting... at least they didn't fade though.. that's what i'm looking at.. with the HAWK HPS.. just need something good but not overkill lol

+1, i've used the hps on the track once and they were utterly useless. fade after 2 laps and they were smoking when i came into the pits.

but like 5 guys in our car club run the HPS on OEM rotors and love em.. i know i wouldn't try the HP+ on OEM rotors hahahaha
