Not trying to put a damper on this but my Grandad had cancer in his 70's

i just had a physical today and the doc said its often hereditary. So im enjoying live while im in my healthy years. Started thinking this way about 4 yrs ago when freinds started getting sick before they were even close to retirement.

Choose to live a healthy lifestyle.
Eat properly, exercise at least 3-5 days a week, stay positive and as you said, ENJOY!.

I guess you should start building that block while you can?.....
