I am doing a lingual frenectomy in a couple of minutes. Haven't done that exact procedure before. Slightly interesting.

man im already about 75% done tacking my manifold, nothing hard at all, just have 2 bends to figure out now, a bit of cutting and test fitting and it should be all done.
