Dentures. Not as effective as you'd think. Only 15% chewing efficiency of natural teeth.

Buying a house makes you a chick magnet. Well its one of the things. Tonnes of women are like "ooh when I come to London I'm gonna stay there" etc. Sounds innocent, but it's not 100%.
