RETRIBUTION this morning ...
my regular route in the morning takes me down leslie south towards 16th. normally it bunches up a little bit at this intersection, so people making a left turn usually cut into the centre lane EARLY to avoid the bunched up traffic. when i mean early, i mean they cut in literally 1/2 km away from the intersection (which is kind of silly). i've always thought this was a tad greedy and hoped a cop would stop and ticket them.
this morning a cop was stationed at the corner just before that intersection catching people trying to cut in early and after stopping one person, he immediately caught another while i was stopped at the light. i chuckled a little with a sense of retribution that they finally got what they deserved
now, if only a cop would station himself on major mack and warden to catch people using the right turn lane as a merge lane ...
that boils my blood even more
