+1... even for a basic european vacation to a popular destination like Paris/London with relatively inexpensive airfare, your flight will cost $800 or so even in the off-season; which really only leaves you about $700 in spending money.

if you're stretching it, I suppose you could stay in a hostel and get away with another $400 for 1 week's accomodation, but that only leaves you $300 for food/drinks/entry fees to tourist destinations etc.

for something off the beaten path in North/Central America, maybe you can consider Panama or Alaska? If you're into peaceful scenary and you haven't already been, the Canadian Rockies are doable for $1500 pp too.

^That sounds pretty cool. I'll have to look into it. Right now judging from the prices I've seen, I'll be doing the whole last minute thing

Mornin' Gents!
And what a fine Thursday morning it is! I took a pretty awesome dump as soon as I got in today. There definitely is no better way to start the day.

Really? I feel as if a weight has been lifted. It's a very therapeutic experience.

Speaking of which, I've started drinking that wheat grass crap. It's kinda nasty tasting since the powder never fully disolves, but I think it does stuff...

After trying the powder form, I will stick with the juice shops..

Since my diet is already very good, I don't need to have a shot everyday. Now I only have a shot every Monday.

Haha, could be it, gotta ask Church what it does for him.

Hey, how often do youz mugz change your oil?
I do mine every 2 months, works out to be about 2200 ish km. I mostly do it because I worry about the oil consumption thing since my car is a revup.
I just checked it right now though since I was gonna do mine today, and the oil is at upper limit for full. I was told that's where it should be, because our dipsticks read high? This was after wiping, reinserting, wiping, reinserting to make sure it's not a false reading. The other thing is, the oil looked new.
How do you figure out if your car has the oil consumption problem? I've had it for a bit over a year now, and regularly monitor my oil, and change it at the above mentioned interval. The thing though is, I think with changing it this often, I wouldn't notice if it has the oil consumption even if it did, because I'm not giving it time to consume it.
Has anyone had the oil consumption problem on their revup? Does anyone even have a revup here? I think Anthony would... 06, right? I wanna know how obvious it is when the car does it.

Regular dino oil that Nissan puts in. I has a buddy at the dealership and get it done for 30 bucks, oem filter and all.

i don't see why you need to change your oil every 2000 km's and you shouldn't be burning oil with dino oil.

Really? I do it mostly because I fear the oil consumption issue. I'm iffy on stopping though, because as I'm sure you know (or should know ) your motor is not within the range for the oil consumption, it's only the revup motors with the redesigned intake plenum and 7k redline.
