In other news, I ordered a thread tap for M10xP1.25 so I can now thread things to be put onto our shifters. If it works well enough, I may pitch it to the guys at work, and start a business for custom design built shift *****

clicking is almost normal. An enormaous percentage of the population have a click naturally. The little articular disc is just sliding over the mastoid process most likely. No splint will reliably help that clicking. Just give it time.

That's good to hear. Mine never used to click before, so I still don't feel "recovered", but it's good to know that I'm moving in the right direction.

I guess I'm lucky I just finished the bodywork on the Civic the other day. I still gotta put some stuff back together on it over the weekend, and it looks like next week the G will be parked for the winter
