Thumbs up EDFC on ROADSTER?

sup? i have a 07 ZR with tein flex on the car. If i get the EDFC will i have to make any modifications or cut's (on the rear fenders) in order to fit it?
I am about to purchase the EDFC. The only thing that is stopping me is my buddy told me that I will need to do major cutting in order for the EDFC to fit.
Does anyone have an EDFC on a 350 roadster that can help me out please? Any advice is much appreciated

Yup

Got the EDFC last year. No cutting that i know of. I didn`t install it myself. Got the guys installing my stereo to run the wires while everything was apart then just got the little servos hooked up over the coilovers.

Installed the actuall EDFC where the ashtray changetray was on my 04. Ive seen pics of them installed just below the three HFAC controls as well.
