Default Reputable Z Salesperson in Ottawa

Can anybody pass along the name of a reputable Z salesperson in Ottawa or surrounding area?

I've had enough BS'ing from the dealerships I've visited thus far and just want to deal with somebody who isn't going to embarrass themselves with their incompetency when talking about the Z.

Thanks in advance,
Elmer.

Can't help you there but WHATEVER YOU DO DON't and I mean DON'T purchase your Z from Gatineau or Hull Nissan cuz it will end up being the worse experience of your life. I now deal with 417 nissan for service and have been but impressed with their knowledge of the Z in general.

Talk to Steve Thompson at Graham Nissan. he's the Sales Manager and tell him Jason sent you. He will take good care of you. Bought 2 vehicles from him (Pathfinder and Maxima). would have bought my Z there but they just didn't have what I wanted and I was too impatient. Don't go to Walkey whatever you do those guys are really full of crap. Wanted to charge me a $3K retaining fee to purchase the Z and when I brought it back and showed them I still had teh car they woudl give my $$ back to me. What a load of crap. They really do screw you around. Screwed my parents over big time too. Bought my Z from 417. Was very impressed, but teh guy I bought it from no longer works there. Haven't really seen anyone there of the same caliber since.

Steve Thompson at Graham Nissan is your man!

Go see Paul at Walkley Nissan for 2 reasons.
1. He owns a 350 Z
2. He is a member of the local Zed Club.

He won't steer you wrong.

My recommendation is to forget the city dealerships and go to Smith's Falls Nissan. Ask for Drew.

I went to Walkey and Graham, and they both treated me like crap. Graham Nissan was more of a pisser because I've leased two vehicles from them (an 2000 Maxima SE and a 2002 Maxima SE, which I am still leasing) and the salesperson there treated me like dirt.

I ended up going to Smith's Falls Nissan and dealing with Drew. Drew got all sorts of fees waived for me (i.e., lease transer fee), got me the winter tire package at dealer cost (Graham quoted me the exact same tire package for $600 more) and generally treated me with respect that someone buying a $46000 vehicle deserves.

I just dropped off my Z yesterday at Smith's Falls for the 12000 km service. Not only did they book a specific time for me (none of this "drop the car off first thing in the morning, get it back at night), but they gave me a loaner and had the car back to me in an hour. Try getting that from Graham Nissan.

It was by far the best dealer experience I have ever had, and I heartily recommend that anyone considering a Nissan go to Smith Falls. Its worth the drive. Their website is www.smithsfallsnissan.com.
