Congrats on your Dad's win. That Street warz was a 12.5 sec + class as far as I know. Is the max running that fast? What does he have in there?

Its a VQ35 with all NA mods. The car can run 12.1 if he rev's it out. Its automatic and he made up some box that controls how the tranny shifts and what RPM. So he dials back the shift point from 7100 to 6000 to make it run slower at 12.5. Its a VQ35 on a 4th gen maixima auto tranny with a Z intake manifold and a whole bunch of performance stuff (headers, ypipe, manifold spacer, UDP, cams, Z10 torque converter, etc etc.... the list goes on and on)
It has all the normal NA stuff we do to our cars plus he hardwired in a UTEC to the maxima ECU and tunes it himself. Dad was an Engineer before he retired for the military so he can figure all that stuff out. He's more of a reverse engineer I would think...

lol, sorry don't mean to be an ***, but thats the funniest comment I read in a while. The guy didn't move his engine to the back.
The NSX 's engine is always in the rear.
