hey dave, do you have a digital camcorder? a buddy of mine might be joining us and he may be able to film while we run.

 

No mine is older and broken, I was looking at them though.

I did buy one of those little micro car cams yesterday while at JRP. It comes with a suction cup mounting and all ready for a 2G SD card. I saw one guy using it while we were lapping at Mosport DDT. He had it all over the car, door, hood and roof etc.. It was only ~200 so pretty inexpensive.

Not sure if they will let me mount it in the car while we run. I have a little glass widow in between the stock roll bars so I was thinking of trying it out there.

The only problem will be it won't capture you if I point it forward hehe.

i've been doing nothing but washing and looking at my ugly Z for the pass 2 weeks

 

I don't drive it that much. I don't like leaving it outside. Since I will be staying at a hotel Friday night and Saturday night I won't be bringing the Z down. Valet is a no go, and parking outside is a double no go.
I'm a Z wuss.

That weather forecast sucks. My plan was to sign up for lapping Fri then hang around and wait for you guys to have some more fun.

I don't really want to take the z out lapping in the rain.

Looks like Sat and Sunday might rain now as well and it will mess up the speedster meet and CSCS.

 

so, are we still on for friday even with the rain?

 

im not going if its raining...but 30% hmm.....we will only know for sure that day or the night before.the weather forecasts havent been right latley

 

i guess we'll play it by ear and see how the weather progresses.
