GT-R in Vaughan Aug 8
Nissan plans to have a GT-R at Vaughan Mills Saturday August 8th. I'll get more timing details when I know but it would be nice to see some of the Z community there to check it out.

I was there friday afternoon.
There was a GT-R there, of course it's locked and only for show.
There's a few 2009 Maxima for test drive. There's also a convertible Z (manual), Sentra SE-R, Altima Coupe, and Versa for test drives.
The test track and the GT-R were set up in the parking lot outside entrance 3 across from the Audi dealership. They fenced off part of the parking lot with cones for you to drive around, ie. you won't be able to go faster than 60km/h.
I was thinking of testing one of the cars, but after looking at the "test track", I think you are better off testing the car at a dearlership so you can drive it on the road/highway.
I took two GT-R catalogs from there, it's a huge poster on one side when you open it up.

I just came back, still raining like mad, but the GT-R is there, and so is the new Maxima, a 350Z Roadster, and a couple of other cars. People were lapping them in the rain around all the pylons, and one was giving the ZR pretty hard, suprised he didn't get in **** for it.
The GT-R is in that... boring silver, and to tell you the truth, I wasn't impressed. I don't know who's brilliant idea it was to have a lame *** colour at all the events and on all the brochures, but they did, and it looks average. The brakes are freakin gigantic, the exhaust looks cool, and the door handles are funky, but I'm kinda dissapointed. The car really lacks presence. I really liked all the pics of the red and the black one, so for the time, I'm willing to let it go, and blame it on lame boring silver.
