I brought my Z in today for my first oil change at 3000 km (Julian... i know what you're gonna say: "you don't drive it enough" and it's true!!... i drive it to and from work, for a grand total of 10 km's per day ) it was supposed to be scheduled for 8 am this morning. So anyway I get in at 8:10, and I ended up waiting until 10:20 or so... so yeah, 2 hour wait... but the guy at the counter was really nice about it... i brought my laptop so he offered a network connection so i could actually do some work, a couple sales ppl came by when i was browsing the showroom to ask if i needed any help (having seen me in the waiting area for 2 hours) and when I went to pick up my keys, i ended up getting the oil change free of charge!

Ok so I know what you're thinking; all that wasn't worth a 2 hour wait... well yeah it's true... but my point is, they could've been asses about it but weren't, and they were late for the final 45 minutes through no fault of their own! a gas truck pulled up and (duh) parked across the service garages so no one could get in or out.

Bottom line... I'll go there again
