I'm going to try Sunoco 94 this Friday with a bottle of Lucas octane booster at the track. It makes a difference in my Charger and I think it might make a difference with the Z.
Dual pumps here at all Shell and Sunocos in Ajax.

There was an article about Sunoco's 94 Octane, it basically had analysis results which stated that it was simply 91 Octane with some additives (Not just Ethanol). No thanks, no additives for me.
I don't use octane boosters either. I've heard some horror stories such as gumming up injectors.

^Google failed me, but it was like over a year ago when I saw this article. You remember that when I first got the Z. I was using Sunoco 94, I switched to Shell V-power because of that article. There's also a numerous amount of European car owners that report their cars not running as smooth as Shell 91.
To be honest, when I switched, I couldn't tell a freaking difference from butt dyno. Smoothness? I'm a little numb on that feeling as well. But I still used Sunoco 94 after track because that was the closest pump to the track and I ran low on gas.
Even Vlad uses Shell 91 on his race car, no 100 octane race gas bs. Just shell 91 v-power. He's actually had good results with that. 390whp ain't bad for a 240sx.
