Usually go between Sunoco 91 .... Pioneer 91 (Sunoco sells a lot to Pioneer Gas Stations) Odd time use 94 .... Just for interest sake what is the Highest grade you have seen at a Pump either in Canada or the USA .... I was in Pennsylvania and pulled up to a Sunoco and low and behold Sunoco 100

Used to use Ultra94, now use Shell V-Powwa. Car feels a bit stronger with the V-power, but could be my imagination. I have noticed slightly improved fuel economy from it as well. The fact that it's cheaper doesn't hurt either

Shell V-power, no ethanol ftw!

I believe esso is suppose to be the worse as well. But the A3 takes it no problem...

Petro adds the fuel cleaning additive, I'm not fond of that.

Wow..i thought I was ****!

I think there was a test a few years back which rated the gas in terms of cleanliness:

1. Sunoco
2. Shell
3. Petro Canada
4. Esso

Sunoco 94, dual pump only as well for my 350Z. WHo wants mortal gas mixed in with the Ultra 94?

I read a while back that the Vq responds to higher octane levels with increased ( although marginally) horsepower.

The main factor was that Sunoco gas is proven to be the lowest in Sulphur and other contaminants.

I fill my DD at Petro Canada to support Canadian companies.

^LoL

Dual Pump means having a separate pump for the premium fuel.

Yes, sunoco adds an ethanol blend so they can (technically) say its 94 octane.
With or without the blend, it has the highest octane rating available for us.
