350z winter drivers. who turns off vdc during winter?
I'm obv slower than you. I could not keep up between Congee Queen and Loblaws.
Some of you sound like you know what you're talking about, so here goes my question:
During warm weather (like 365 days a year, down here!), is it O.K. to drive with the VDC
off all the time?--'xept when it's raining, of course. What's the advantage, better mileage?
Thanks!

'O4 Touring Coupe: NO feathering! NO oil-consumption issues! Flawless AT! No problemo!

Quebec, Canada / I drive my Z in winter and I like it better when VDC is off. It's a lot of fun and no need for the handbrake!
Seriously at first I would let it on and it would take for ever to start from a complete stop (in a snow storm or when very icy). I figured out that if I let it on, the best way to start is to press the gas all the way down and let vdc do its thing until reasonable speed is reached.
