You should call around to the local shops..
I have not seen used CF hoods sell for less then a few $$$ from full price.

I have personally purchased from Speedstar, Advance Powerhouse, JRP and AMSZstore.. However, most of my purchases have been through Speedstar and APH.
All local to the Toronto/GTA.

likely wont be under $800 though... shipping hoods is a massive pain in the dick.

I would be carefull on getting CF stuff shipped like a hood. Some local guys have had them arrive damaged and dealing with that mess is not worth the aggravation and will cost you more in the end.

If you can't find a local seller right now it is well worth it to order through a local shop like JRP and inspect it right on the spot before you take it home IMO.
