Not the first time you ever took if off you didn't. Once you get them all stripped down and use the top three bolts and the side bolts it's a piece of cake. Until you do it a few times and get it off for the first time, its always a slow process. After that it's a piece of cake.
Actually, I just watched the mechanic at Honda take it off the first time...then I did it myself the second time in 20 minutes...
I think the difference is that with the Civic, you didnt have to do anything with the liners like you do with the Z.

i can do my cavaliers bumper in 30 mins or so, done it a bunch of times. But on that car i didnt have to removed the wheel liners, on the 350 i could have maybe left them but i didnt want to bend them. On the cavalier i also didnt have to remove the wheels only turn them.
this was also the first time i removed the 350s front bumper, going to maybe do the rear today.

You can remove the 350z front bumper in about 20 minutes.
Jack up the front so the tires are just off the ground and put the car on jack stands!
PLACE BLANKETS ON THE GROUND FROM THE FRONT TIRES FORWARD FOR ABOUT 6 FEET! JUST IN CASE YOU DROP THE BUMPER WHEN IT COMES OFF TO TRY TO KEEP IT FROM GETTING SCRATCHED! The blanket is also much more comfortable to lay on than cement when taking out the 12 bolts on the bottom! :-)
1. There are 12 - 10m bolts under the front to take off.
2. Do NOT remove the wheels or liners! Just push the front part of the liner, where the bumper meets the fender, towards the wheel and you can reach in and undo 2 - 10m bolts on each side, that bolt the bumper to the fender. You can turn the wheel to the right when you do the left side and to the left when you do the right side if you need to, but it is not required, when you jack up the car there is plenty of room. Now the bumper should be free on the bottom and sides only held by the plastic pins across the top. If not look for something you missed, I did see one European car with a third bolt in the wheel well area.
3. Pop out the 6 plastic pins across the top (pull the pin up half way and it should be easy to remove, if you pull the pin to far it will tighten again, so be careful) and hold the bumper when you take out the last plastic pin or two so it does not fall off, roll forward and get scratched up!
Very simple no need to tear up everything else! Good time to replace the front wheel liners if yours are torn up, or replace any blubs in the headlights etc!
GOOD LUCK!
