Default fs: 2004 Civic Coupe with K20 type R swap

worth a shot... maybe someone here knows someone looking for a car like this.

Here are the specs:
(not going to mention DC5/EP3 parts I used for swap to keep the list short)

2004 Civic Coupe Special Edition
Black on Black
-power steering and AC, drives/feels like a stock car
-never been tracked
-will fix anything potential buyer is not happy with before the exchange
-paint is immaculate
-oil change every 3K kms, motul 8100 and transmission oil changed every 4 months
-converted from auto to manual
-speedo reads 112K
-i will take care of safety and emissions (will need to remove ECU for etest)
-dyno'd at 212 whp on dynojet before intake install

Exterior:
HFP lip kit
Tech1 HID kit
8% tints

Engine:
K20 Type R motor (64,000 kms) and Type R transmission
Mugen N1 ECU (9200 RPM rev limit)
Mugen Valve Springs
Mugen header
Spoon exhaust
Comp. stage 2 clutch kit
AEM intake
Hasports Mounts
Battery relocated to trunk

Interior:
05 RSX seats (suede/micro fibre)

Everything else is stock

Suspension/Brakes:
DC5 HKS RS Coilovers (just installed last week!)
DC5 type S 5 lug conversion

Wheels/Tires:

I'm looking to get:
13K without the volks, will include DC5 wheels instead
10K without Mugen Header and HKS suspension, will include tein Basics and stock header
9K without Mugen Header, HKS suspension, progress sways and Mugen ECU, will include stock computer
8.5K without Mugen Header, HKS suspension, progress sways, DC5 seats, will include stock seats
