Default what a week ..

Well great week of sunny - get out the Z weather and thus time to put my GT-Vs back on my baby.

What stated out as a very exciting week (last weekend) ended up costing me $ and so much heartache (hate puttin the Z through crap)

- Got my NEWLY fixed rim back (from slight curb rash) from Wicked Wheels .. these guys are AMAZING - did a perfect job and service was stellar. Would def. recommend.
- So switched over the rims on the weekend - looked great
- Next day I noticed I stipped a bolt and my nuts were loose
- Had to buy another set of Rays Lugs from Speedstar
- Had the boys at Speedstar fix the stipped stud and switch the old to the new. Again the boys provided good service...to my friend who dropped it to Speedstar for me. Car was done - paid - drove to me.
- Got the car back home to me .. and I noticed the SAME rim that I just got fixed 2 days before .. has now NEW rash .How the hell does that happen ARGGGGGGGGGG

So freakin pissed

Not sure how you manage to curb your car but, just bad luck i guess or pay more attention to your driving. post some pics of the car, curious too see how it looks with the rims and on springs

To be honest with you, I doubt it happened at speedstar... they're extremely careful. I'd be asking my friend lol.

^+1..I would be shocked & disappointed if SS did actually curb your rims.. but considering how well they take care of customers cars, I surely doubt it was anyone at that shop..(not saying its impossible, just very unlikely, IMO)
I would be questioning the friend..
-has he driven with wider aftermarket rims before.. more importantly.. does he own a set of expensive rims?

I would never let anyone else drive my car willingly. Not saying my car is a Ferrari or anything, I'd feel the same way with my old civic. It's like letting someone else bang your girlfriend. I guess you're ok with it since you let him drive it to SS, except your buddy left a huge mark on your girl 8-)

ya .. not sayin it was SS. The reason I keep taking the car back to them coming all the way from the oppisite side of town, is b/c I trust them with the Z.

the point is .. it happened and I cant do much. ohh well - ITS SUNNY TODAY = TOP DOWN
