Hey, just ordered mine. thought to myself, hmm its going to need a finisher. contacted R&D they said theyre looking into it and maybe later this year. YIKES!! so im open to any suggestions for good finishers, im going to check out the first mentioned. i dont want a stupid ziptie F that. lol. im trying to make the car look better not shitty.

 

I'll take a picture of my TK tonight and post it to show u what it looks like without a finisher. Its VERY clean, and doesnt make it look shitty.

 

ok sounds good. Im just wondering how to mate the boot to the ****. So i thought of this, new leather blue boot (DB Z) a powder blue finisher (if i can get it painted somewhere instead of the silver steel/aluminum and then the ****. I think it'll be pretty and a small eye catcher when you sit inside.

 

mine showed up today, dad bragged about it and questioned how he's going to put it on my moms equinox (as a joke of course) i said, pshh yeah right. So im excited to fly back to Ohio monday and see it. To bad my car wont be there till between the 21st and 26th.

looks good, not sure how it feels being rubber? I have to do a diff route though as i ordered blue suede with my **** soooo yeah, im thinking of having a finisher painted around blue or so.

 

Not sure if I like mine without a finisher???? It look ok, but sits very low. Have not driven with it yet. I might have a tool/die friend make a finisher for me. I also have the plastic collar on from factory underneath the boot so when i grab the ****, i grab the plastic collar too. ??? But wow is it very low compared to stock. I cant immagine those who get new ***** and short throw shifters. Yikes, might be better off with paddle shifters.
