Default LF: 18" wheels and '03-'05 front stock bumper

Just looking for a used set of 18" wheels.
Light and Forged are good.
9-10 inches wide. +20/+30 range offset.
Not structurally damaged. Otherwise do not care what they look like.
I already have the performance stockers so don't come at me with those heavy bros.

Also, Velocity Autobody screwed up and gave me back the wrong parts when I got my Shine V2 front done.

So I have a stock '06 front in silverstone that I want to trade for a stock pre '06 front (my car is 03) or I can just buy an undamaged bumper at fair price.

Do not care what colour as I am sure I will repaint that biatch anyways if I ever use it.

I'm not a cheap low balling bastard so if you have these parts and they are worthy I am sure a fair arrangement can be reached.

Depends how good they are and if they come with a set of awesome tires.
Off the top of my head I am thinking 2000 or less?
