I'm very much a DIY guy, and I never found an answer for this when I had my roadster. I found out how to disable the airbag warning, but never could figure out a way to trick the computer that opens the top since it is expecting a serious of events to occur during opening and closing of the top. Even though I no longer have a vert, I'm subscribing because I'd love to be here if/when you get your solution.

I thought I read somewhere that if you kept the contol unit from the roadster seat and left it plugged in you fool the system to think the OEM seat is still there?
