Hey guys,

I recently moved out to Mississauga, wondering if anyone has a shop they recommend around the square one area...I'm guessing along wolfedale area? That seems to be where a cluster of shops are located...

A coworker of mine had his car towed to a shop in the area there when his car broke down on the highway, recommended by the tow truck driver...the guy apparently didn't do a good job, etc so looking for a recommendation rather than popping into a random shop.

Just a place with positive feedback for regular maintenance.

I vote for Ed at Automatrix, great guy and very nice shop + they just installed alignment machine

thanks for the suggestion, I'll keep Ed/Automatrix in mind when doing alignment/larger services. Unfortunately they're located in Toronto, but I was looking for something around the Square One area so I can go to during the daytime for regular maintenance items.

 

I can personally vouch for Ed and Automatrix. They are located in a fairly central location... I drive from Pickering which is much further than Mississauga to Ed's shop.

That said you may want to check out AMS. I believe they are on Drew Rd in Mississuga/Brampton. Perhaps other members can chime in with feedback.

thanks for the feedback! I'll look into where AMS is located, hopefully not too far up(I like getting oil changes and small maintenance things done during my lunch break lol)

I know it's not Mississauga, but SpeedStar in Markham delivers the best service and best pricing I have ever experienced in the automotive world.

Lots of racers on this board use them. Their shop is filled with exotics, yet their prices are anything but. They are passionate enthusiasts committed to customer service. Can't be beat.

You most definitely want to go to Whitehead Performance. They are minutes form Mississauga and cater busy schedules. They are by far the most experienced Z car shop in the GTA with more then 30 years experience working on and racing Z cars. The staff there are extremely knowledgeable, fast and friendly.
