FS: Vortech V3 supercharger tuner kit, id725 injectors
Hey guys,
I'm selling my Vortech V3 supercharger tuner kit and some of the supporting mods. I've owned and used this kit for 2 years and 40000km and I am the second owner. The kit has seen one year of use before me. This kit is for the rev up engine (for the g35 it is 2005-2006). On the stock pulley (3.12) I made 337 rwhp, a year later I put on a 2.87 pulley and some other supporting mods and made 413rwhp. It is a pretty solid and relatively reliable setup.
Parts for sale:
Vortech v3 tuner kit with stock pulley/extra serpentine and cog belt/extra oil - SOLD
2.87 pulley + serpentine belt - SOLD
Uprev maf - SOLD
Injector dynamics 725 injectors - SOLD
Cjm stage 0 fuel return system - SOLD
Defi Boost guage - SOLD
The uprev maf and cjm stage 0 are 1 year old. When I bought the Vortech kit it was missing the pipe that the maf sensor plugs into, so part of the stock airbox was used in its place and will be included. Located in the GTA and local sale/sale in Canada preferred.
Thanks for looking!

From what I have read about the 350z the rev up engine is found in some 2005 models (35th anniversary with 6 speed manual and track edition) and all 2006 models that had the 6 speed manual, and as such would work with this kit.

I think they are plug and play in the sense that you can slam them into your block and not modify the fuel rail if you want. The plug side of the injector is not the same as stock so wire cutting is involved, so in that sense not at all plug and play. More like repeatedly cut the plugs and use the new ones to play.

Short term going to continue to use it and track it this summer but in NA form. Long term it will likely become my winter beater - I have been toying with the idea of getting a more athletic car but I'm not sure what.

I don't mean to get off topic but what supporting mods did you have with the vortech to get over 400whp? I just got a v3 for my de engine so I'm sure there will be slight differences in power gains. I just want a ballpark estimate of what is needed cause 400whp is my goal. Thanks in advance!

The rest of the mods won't add power but are recommended to support it/make it possible. You didn't mention if you got the tuner kit or not, which could change how you go forward. This is what I had:
Osiris tune
GT maf
Oil cooler
Fuel return system
Bigger Injectors / Fuel pump
One step colder plugs
Gauges
Better Clutch
Wider tires
Check out the vortech thread in the FI section, lots of info floating around in there. GL with your build!
