Best clutch to hold up to 500TQ?

Default Best clutch to hold up to 500TQ?

Need to get one before i turbo up. Looking for one below 500 dollars.

that will be almost enough to cover the labor needed to install and remove the clutch...

:-/

Tilton 2 disc cerametallic will hold 690

no way it cost 500 to install a new clutch...thats highway robbery...you cali folks :-p

I said install and remove...

because the clutch you buy for $500 to handle that much power will cost you more to install and then remove when it doesnt hold...

for 500 ft/lbs tq atlesat its going to be a little more then $500 for only the part...

JWT clutch wont hold that much power and is $420

It will hold close to it.. but not 500 ft/lbs...

well dont know if i will go that far....my TT probably will get me around 400lb....

i think i am better off getting a ligther flywheel while i am down there..lol

I dont know of any clutch that will hold that power short of a twin disk

ACT is your best bet IMHO for an affordable, reliable clutch

i guess i really dont need that high of a output....i should be running 325lb and 400 lb in the future

Hmmm, we should have everyone call around to their local Nissan dealership. And see how much everybody charge. How much do you guys at Performance Nissan charge for this clutch install? I really think $500 is reasonable for a clutch job.

we charge $350.00 for a Z clutch/flywheel for replacement.
