So we've gotten countless emails and phone calls about when and why we aren't done with the 04 and 05 updates. That's because we need test cars! For the moment, we're slowly releasing the new flashes one by one. Right now, if your ECU says R4 or R5 on the unit, we can flash it. Other than that, nothing else is released. If you're local and would like to help us, and don't have those models on your ECU unit, please contact me if you can spare your ECU for two weeks. We then send your computer to Japan to get the software downloaded and then we can release the newer flashes even faster. These people who help us get a free flash when we have their model cracked. There is no risk involved. Almost everything's figured out and all we need is your ECU's to send to Japan for a couple of weeks. We actually need 2004.5 to 2005 models right now. If people are sending in R4 or R5 units for a full spec reflash, we must have the dyno sheet with an A/F chart. Otherwise, they will be getting the stock fuel maps back.
