quietest cat back?
high flow cats
gruppe-s y pipe
now looking for the y pipe back set up (or axle back)
looking for the stock look ie dual tips, dont want the can looking tip set up
any help here?

As far as flow rates you've covered everything that matters. The cats and the y-pipe are the worst offenders. The stock mid pipe and muffler in the Z are actually pretty good. If you're interested in looking stock and staying quiet, just keep the stock mid pipe and muffler.
Otherwise, the Fujitsubo system is about as quiet as stock. The tips aren't as nice as stock, though. They're just single walled, non-rolled tips. (And fairly large diameter.) Very plain. Stock looks better.
