Just wondering how to adjust the parking brake. When the car is in park and i put the brake on, it is not catching. Also, when driving i really need to pull the brake up quite a bit to get it to even grab.

Very easy to do. Remove the ash tray thing, you will see a 10mm nut on the end of the cable. I pulled the break up just far enough so that a deep-well socket would fit on the nut. Adjust so that you can hear 7 clicks at the point the break is set firmly. To confirm the break is not draging, be sure that when the break is off here is play in the cable.

 

Well I spelled brake wrong the same each time. lol

 

do i need to adjust the dial on the rotor??
