Not to dampen anyone's spirits, but I believe that one of Nissan's changes for '05 is a new crank pulley - I would want to see what its specs are before taking the plung on this.

 

30 units in their minumum for a CNC run which is the key to the price. Maybe a forum sponsor can step up?

Yes, you use the stock belt. It's stock size just half the weight of the stock pulley.
