Anyone know what these cars run in the 1/4 and their 0 to 60?

They should be the same as any other 5AT Z. Only the 6MT has the change in horsepower.

i think the new zs will be slower in the 1/4 b/c of the loss of torque

I don't

maybe for the first 4 or 5 sec, but after that, you're always in the power band between 4500-6600 where the power is if you shift at redline

I mean, how often are you in the 1000-4000 rpm range when doing the quarter mile? only at the beginning of the run. So having more low end torque will only do you more good there. the rest of the run, you want higher hp for the rpm range you're in
