Now that I've had my car for a bit, I'm starting to get the modding bug. I was wondering if anyone has purchased either the Nismo Oil or Power Steering cooler. If you did, how was the quality and how well do they fit. I would like to add things like these to help the longevity of the car, and they are always a good idea when I start running it hard. I've also been thinking about getting the Nissan earthing kit, but I am not sure yet if it is worth it. Right now I just want to do mods that either increase reliability or longevity of the motor.

 

At this point in time, I don't think either modifications are worthwhile... down the road I could see the oil cooler being beneficial, but not at this time...

 

I'd like to get these two mods as a basis for future modifications. I don't really want to do any performance mods yet because I am sure there will be better things out in the next few months. I think by next summer the aftermarket should have a good idea of what works and doesn't work on the Z. I plan on doing some type of forced induction and also doing a fair amount of racing, so I think an oil cooler would be a worthwhile addition.
