I tell you what : just to do business with insane is worth it. In the 2 years 2 months I have been around 350Z forums everywhere I have never seen anybody ever say they had a bad experience with Gyula. A true gentleman.

And the cables he makes ARE a work of art.

I've had my blue set for well over a year now and it's great. It did match the DB perfectly but over time it has discolored.

I think I am gonna go red with my engine bay mods. red/black/silver

My exterior theme is gonna be all black/orange/silver I am looking for a nice black-out set for my lights and reflectors. Stuff like UR pullies (red), Stillen engine damper (red), use my old K&N filter cleaner/regreaser kit on the my JWT cone (red), etc... and I guess red grounding wires. Guys think this will look nice? Just don't think I can get burnt orange stuff for the engine bay.

I think it would look nice. I've seen red calipers on the LS Zs. It's probably the only "normal" color you can get that contrasts well with the LS color. By normal I mean a easily obtained color.

Blue could look ok with LS too... but I will be DAMNED if I am gonna look like an AU fan ROLL TIDE! What is funny, but actually irrelevant, my High School was orange and black (buccaneers). Hoover, AL

God I hate you guys. Alright, I'll go out and have a closer look...because I never really payed attention to it...I just thought they looked pretty good when I was changing oil, etc etc. I'll have to take a pic and compare it to an older photo.

I am NOT buying new ones tho....not until the orange fades to pink.

Has anyone ever actually independently dyno'd any set of grounding wires?

Faluzure, I just bought the kit in "blue" for my SB, from "Z-Xtreme" and told him you recommended him via the forum.
Thanks for your help.

I haven't, but I think Max Enterprises (the makers of Maxground grounding wires sold on Courtesy Nissan) dyno'd it. Regardless, I think they look cool. Especially for car shows!

Hey VinUnleaded! No problem. If you have any questions, just ask. I think you'll really be impressed with the quality of the cables. There's only one tip I have for you (if you choose to DIY) is to be careful not to lose bolts/tools down your engine bay (especially when you undo the bolt next to the fluid reservoirs). You'll be sorry if you lose 'em.

Thanks for the tip...of course if I do drop a few bolts, won't that be justification to have a local shop install "Twin Turbos" while they are fishing out the bolts?

I received and installed the grounding kit very quickly and it looks great.
Only problem I had was that one of the supplied bolts that is supposed to replace the stock one is too short to accomodate the 3 wires that go under the strut bar passenger side.
So I just kept the stock one.

I will take some when I get home from work...
BTW, I gave the kit the ultimate test this morning at a few intersections where in the past I noticed a distinct and annoying vibration and disctinct rpm variation at idle in neutral at traffic lights.
Unfortunately, this problem that I hoped to fix with the grounding kit is still there...
BUT, it is ever so slightly better than before.
Also, the jury is still out on whether this actual problem is even related to grounding, so it might be unfair to judge the kit based on this issue.
