Underdrive pulley does cause lights to dim...
...just in case anyoe was wondering.
I don't have any aftermarket radio BS installed either.
Just sitting at idle, if you have even one interior light on and you activate the power seat....BIG dim/blip from the interior cabin light. The engine also sounds like it groans a bit too.
Still, this is the only time this happens and of course does not outweigh the fun factor of the pulley!!
One note, when the lights dim, the volt gauage only drops about 2 volts and is still well above 12.

This does seem like a believeable thing to happen. At idle the alternator is spinning pretty slowly even with a stock pulley. However, they are designed to be able to put out a reasonable amount of power even at that slow speed. However, with an underdrive pulley you are spinning it even slower.
Do this: hold your rpms higher (at 2k, for example), then operate your power seat. Do the lights still dim? If not, then I'd say your pulley is just spinning the alternator too slowly at idle. You could probably help this by increasing your idle speed a bit. Maybe kick it up a couple of hundred rpm or so.
