I stayed below 4k for about 500 miles, making good pulls to 4k. Then for until 1000 miles I stayed below 5k, also making good pulls to 5k. I never really floored it during this. Then after that I let her fly.

About time you finally dynoed your Z.

Now, I feel soo slow stock. Maybe it wasn't such a great idea for me to know.

You shouldn't! 250/240 is damn good.

Comparing your top end to mine, you defintely have the upperhand. I still need to go snap some pics of my dyno runs (its also on a dynojet on 5th gear).

Next I will dyno with the Crawford Plenum and probably the Nismo exhaust and y-pipe. I would like to see how this engine takes to mods.

Thanks for sharing your dyno! I can't believe you dynoed that number at 2400 miles. It took my car over 4000 to fully break in.

Remember, this is the 300hp motor so it will show alittle more horsepower then the 287hp motor.

I think you might still get alittle more power in a few thousand miles more. I wouldn't be suprise if you hit 260.

awsome numbers. Must be a reason they changed almost all the internals in the new engine.

Those numbers are right on based on nissans numbers. I'm really impressed by how well the motor holds torque in the upper RPMS...this car will be a highway screamer...

300whp N/A should be no problem with these motors.

stock, with just a pop charger, I pulled 226 on a dynojet. My car might have been a weak example, but clearly, looks like Nissan wasnt's kidding about the gains. They are real, and very nice to see.

Also surprised there wasnt a greater loss of trq on the dyno...the curve looks incredibly flat. I like it!

Now imagine that with a TT kit!
