Default I've got 05 Track dyno results!

Here are the results of my 05 track dyno. It was done at Performance Garage in Smyrna, TN with a dynojet. My car has 2400 miles on it. If you look at the bottom of the chart it has the a/f ratio listed.

Thats nice, I did 242 whp 240 ft lbs. You def have more hp, but Im surprised you didnt lose more TQ-being 16 ft lbs down @ the FW. Nice top-end pull, now get it to the track. BTW is this SAE corrected or STD ??

Great numbers, looks like that 300hp is legit. What smoothing factor did you use on the graph.

You know, aside from one drum dynojet where I hit 269 rwhp, with intake, testpipes, exhaust, my normal dynojet results look right about the same. The biggest differences are the 7,200 rpm cut-off and the 35th has about 10 ft/lbs fewer torque.

Are your shift points the same at 30 mph and 60 mph for 1st and 2nd gears respectively. I sure would like to do a few head-to-head runs against a stock 35th anniversary edition.

We used 3. He said this was the most common.

We compared mine to a stock 03 and you could see how the new engine at 6000rpm carries almost the exact same HP all the way to redline. Also the 03 torque curve dropped sooner.

can someone post a stock dyno of a 03-04 Z so we can compare the torque curves?

everyone is scrutinizing over minor differences

13 crank hp isn't that big of a deal - even for tracking with it up in the power band

A set of crawford headers, and ECU flash will get you there

It is not about the peak numbers. And I dont think anyone is scrutinizing, just compareing the 2.

who said it was?

it's not like the 05 track engine generates 13 hp across the board

I was saying, I think crawford headers and an ECU flash will give you a similar power curve
