Nismo Universal Fuel Pressure Regulator???
First time I've seen this part

Ok, so obviously this part regulates fuel I take it
so some questions:
How might this part be better than the stock Z fuel regulator?
How hard/easy is this to install?
Why would someone install this part? for more consistent fuel delivery I take it?
